Very nice hotel, pretty good price especially as we stayed on New Year's Eve. There was a few things missing for it to be called 'luxury' - a couple of stray hairs in the bed, the toilet that never fully flushed and cheap toiletries. However, we paid less than 100 for one night for 2 people and we stayed in a suite.In terms of facilities they had a lovely garden, although only small I'm sure it's used well in the summer! The bar and restaurant were very nice and the food we had was lovely (although slow on service). Prices for all of these weren't too bad all round. I think the main problem we had was that we expected a little bit of an upbeat vibe as we were going on NYE but instead we were surrounded by older people and a bar that closed at 12!A great hotel that has much more to give in my opinion.

The room was amazing. Very clean and very well decorated. We paid 99 for one night and felt we definitely got our moneys worth. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Had a lovely Jacuzzi bath. I've paid more or the same for a room before and this was One if the best I've stayed in. Even the reception area looked fantastic. Will stay again for sure if ever in the area. Also should add the staff we very friendly but we didn't eat any food there So can't rate on the food.
The hotel looks beautiful from the outside and so is their entrance. The rooms are a bit dated and so are the mattresses (you can feel the springs). Breakfast was poor (small selection, one coffee offered, 2 toasts). Rooms could be cleaner too. Considering what they ask per room I believe this hotel can do better. The bar on the other hand was good, nice growd, good barkeeper, good seating. Hence the 3 star....but for the hotel a 2 star would be more in its place.
Was amazed at the beautiful staircase and dinning room the food was just as impressive. We had the seafood platter it was delish.. Young ladies behind bar and restaurant were very friendly. A hidden gem... We will return.. Would be lovely for a wedding
