Great example or a community run pub. Excellent knowledgeable volunteer staff, welcoming regulars/locals and tasty ales too. Will definitely be making the walk from Wrabness to Great Oakley again.

I visited on a quiet Tuesday lunchtime so difficult to rate properly. Pleasant courteous staff and 3 real ale pumps though 2 in use at the time. This is the only pub in the village and is community owned. Shame that there's no food available.
