Very professional service
Took my car to them for the first time this week and was shocked at the quality of customer service offered, from the very first phone call to collecting my car, finally a garage in Harwich that is honest, polite and fair. They fitted me in within an hour of phoning and had the car sorted by 5 oclock. A few other businesses in town need to take a note or two from this garage, it speaks volumes when they only have 5* reviews. Highly recommend.
I broke down in the middle of the night and the RAC recommended this garage, so I was recovered here. I spoke to them the following day and they managed to fit me in around their pre existing jobs and replaced my alternator and dropped my vehicle back to me while I was at work. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!
