All I will say is this man and his team save my bacon. They were friendly, professional and they got the job done, which meant I got to travel home safe, which was his ONLY concern. Thank you, so much, it meant the world.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Terry the owner promises a lot of things and doesn't deliver, pretends to care but will let you drive around in a death trap and feel no remorse. Also suspect he gets very poor quality parts on cheap, even heard from someone else that he put breaks from someone else's car into another customers despite them being worn out. Had a problem with my car in the summer even though it had been reliable until then and found myself continually breaking down after he had worked on my car and problem still never seemed to be fixed and got worse until after having to fork over around 500 worth for repairs he was still asking for 400 more to fix the clutch so decided to scrap the car to which he offered to sell me a car from another customer same make and model as the one I had saying an old man had been driving it and can no longer drive due to eyesight and that he had looked after it from the start so I agreed and gave him my old car to scrap and get some money to put towards the new one and even gave him 150 towards the price of the new one, however the new car has several problems which I have told him about. He messed me about for 2 months and I had to continuously call and visit with each new problem arising and to find out when he will do the work but he would not fix it and each time a new excuse. I was going round practically every morning on his advice trying to get the courtesy car so he could fix mine otherwise I could not get to work and each time he played me. First another customer had the courtesy car and didn't return it so he was getting onto him and visiting his house on the weekend to get it off of him (lies), then he got it back and told me to come collect it but when I did he had lent it to a friend so told me to come back again and this happened a few times with him even pretending to phone this 'friend in front of me a yelling. The plot thickened when he told me the 'friend' would meet him somewhere near the place I park 10 mins from my workplace and that he would pick the car up and bring it to me there on my lunch break so I went to meet him and he didn't show only to call him and find out he is still on the garage and hadn't gone anywhere claiming the 'friend' had a blowout and needed it fixed which he would do the next day and then being it to me wasting my whole lunchbreak. Next day he went to fix the car apparently but the 'friend' had taken it elsewhere so it wasn't there anymore and wasted yet another lunch break. Then all of sudden he has the car back again, tells me he will be in til 7 so come and pickup and wasn't there when we arrived so went back again and this time his son is in hospital so he has to go visit him and can't work on my car so he will bring it to me the next day (which is a Saturday) and heard nothing from him as garage not open. Cue another week of visiting being told I can have the car and then not giving it to me until finally I had enough and told him I need it now and he agreed I can have it if I come round in the morning but next morning he is not there and is apparently sick according to one of his mechanics. I even had to call RAC out a couple of times, once the fan belt was not actually on which had almost killed the battery as had not been charging (would have been easy to fix) and the other time I had to have the battery replaced but the one in it already was not right and had obviously been put in there as a temporary fix and a giant lead for a boombox was plugged into it which suggests a boy racer had been driving it before meaning he had lied about that as well. I gave up at this point, car is still not fixed but it is now unsafe to drive so am atm trying to find another mechanic to fix it and Terry will be getting no more money for the car and has a lost a good customer that has been going to him for a long time all because he didn't want to do a free job. He also never sorted tax for old car which DVLA are still chasing me for and hasn't scrapped it so he will be getting the bill for that!
Had MOT booked for 1pm and arrived and was asked what time for, when i told them 1pm they looked at each other with a puzzled look and told me to go wait at the other end of the industrial park, which i did and waited until 1.15 pm and left and went home, very poor service on my first ever visit here and wouldnt go again if that is how they treat their customers !

Wife got stuck out with a flat tyre and I was at work. One phone call and he'd sorted tyre out and she even got a cup of tea Honest and straight EXCELLENT
