Unfortunately through no fault of the agents, three sales fell through but Michelle was absolutely superb in getting new viewings arranged within hours of buyers pulling out. She really knows the local market, her housing stock and her applicant database and doesnt waste time getting unsuitable viewers round just to get her viewing numbers up. I would highly recommend Michelle particularly as she builds a great rapport with you and even though she must have lots of clients, she makes you feel extremely valued.
