Went in here for the first time today to get my boys hair cut and will definitely be going back. Really friendly women working in there. Was so patient considering I didn't no what length I wanted kids to have or nothing so they kept snipping until I was happy. Lovely friendly staff and prices were very good for the service you receive. Thank you ladies from 1 happy mum
My friend went there this afternoon to have her daughter's hair cut. The presence was great and was welcomed nicely. The blonde hairdresser who cut my childs hair seemed nice. After cutting my childs hair I noticed that not much was actually cut off the back and her fringe was dreadful. It was longer in the middle and looked like shed just put a bowl around. The side of the fringe went up on a bend and now I am unable to do anything about it. I paid 6.50 which I didn't mind but after seeing how little she actually done and how she left it I am extremely upset that she had to leave the hair salon this way. Luckily enough the little girl is only 3 years old. So she doesn't care. But even still. But I don't Think my friend will be taking her here ever again.
Having had bad experiences at hairdressers in the past, I opted to try this salon. I spoke with one lady and thoroughly talked through what I wanted and she done a fab job! After a few times I put my trust in the salon. Today, I pop in for a trim and everything seemed ok only when I returned home, washed my hair and straightened it, I notice that it is all uneven and one side is completely longer than the other, its not even level at the back. Im now having to wear my hair tied up so its not noticeable until I can book in at another hairdressers. 12 completely wasted only to spend more money getting it fixed.I did notice that there were lots of back and forth with the employees today - causing disruption and lack of concentration. Which may have been a factor in my terrible cut. Its such a shame as the first few times at the salon my hair was cut perfectly. But unfortunately, I will not be returning to the salon. I cannot afford to get my hair cut twice every time.
Love this place. Great staff and les does a great job of my eyebrows and nails. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
